Unrecognisable from its former self, this functional, open home has been completely gutted and refitted. Previously it was full of hallways and doors, feature brickwork that was dark and dated.

It is now a modern, stylish home taking full advantage of views down river to Fremantle and up river to the City.

Many walls were demolished to create a fresh and spacious new interior. The only thing the owners kept was the swimming pool!

The outdoor living area of this home centres on an inviting pool and cabana. Beneath the cedar-clad pyramid-style ceiling is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a limestone-clad wood fired pizza oven.

The owners of this home do a lot of entertaining due to the location and views of the river, so they prefer to entertain outside. The cabana, made all the more spectacular by the careful placement of feature downlights, is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view.
